We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a small processing fee is deducted from your refund for return shipping.

Most of our bags can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. For our hardshell luggage, we recommend using a gentle magic eraser to remove scuffs and maintain a polished look.
Does my luggage come with a warranty?
Yes, all BÉIS hardside rollers come with a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects such as broken wheels, handles, or zippers.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically process within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer international shipping?
