At BÉIS, we want you to love your gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 90-day return window for most items in new, unused condition. Please note that a $10 processing fee is applied to all returns, while exchanges are always free of charge.

Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are still attached.
Ship It Back
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10-14 business days.
